Enjoy the quietness, wideness and the beautiful landscape

Podere Agrituristico Luchiano is a large, typical Umbrian farmhouse, dating back to the 17th century. It is recently restored and transformed into a comfortable country-house, which is furnished with a lot of antiques (Naples, 19th century and Art Nouveau styles).

Guests will enjoy the splendid view over the surrounding hills and valleys, the garden with its trees, the old threshing-floor built with hand-made bricks (the only one in the Umbrian territory!), the four hectare olive grove and the wood of oaks and holm-oaks.

The apartments

There are three apartments for rent at Podere Luchiano: Foresteria, Luna and Elio. Of course guests can also make use of the big garden, where they find a (dining) table with chairs.

Swimming pool

The private swimming pool (6 x 12 m) offers a beautiful panoramic view over the nearby hills and valleys. There are barbecue facilities, an outdoor wood oven and mountain-bikes available for guests.

Sala

A large living room of 130 square meters -the sala- with characteristic, 17th century arches, is on request open to the guests of Podere Luchiano. The room has a nice fireplace, a small kitchen and a simple bathroom. The room is also used as a conference hall (15-20 persons) al well as for dinners and private parties (max. 70 persons).
